3. Condition restraining alienation void

3. Condition restraining alienation void

(1)Where a disposition is subject to a condition or limitation absolutely restraining the beneficiary or any person claiming under him from charging or disposing of his interest in the property that condition or limitation shall be void.

(2)This section shall not apply to charitable dispositions.
