The Cabinet Secretary responsible for matters relating to credit unions, co-operatives and other lending institutions may on the advice of the Council, from time to time, develop guidelines to ensure the equal right of persons with disabilities to have equal access to bank loans, mortgages and other forms of financial credit.Source: Kenya Law
