8. Appointment of inspectors and analysts

8. Appointment of inspectors and analysts

(1)The Cabinet Secretary shall, by notice in the Gazette, appoint suitably qualified persons as inspectors and analysts for the purposes of this Act.

(2)No person appointed under subsection (1) shall, while being so appointed, engage in any business connected with the manufacture, sale or distribution of pest control products.
