109. Power of entry to inspect land
The National Land Commission may authorize in writing, any person to enter upon any land specified in section 108 to inspect the land and to do all things that may be reasonably necessary to ascertain whether the land is suitable for the intended purpose.Provided that if there is any damage resulting from such entry the applicant shall pay in full, just compensation as is payable under the relevant written laws and as shall be prescribed by regulations.Source: Kenya Law
