27. Implementation of a National Physical and Land Use Development Plan
(1)The planning authorities shall base the preparation of inter-county physical and land use development plans, integrated county physical and land use development plans, city physical and land use development plans, urban area physical and land use development plans and sectoral plans on the National Physical and Land Use Development Plan.(2)Notwithstanding the lack of a National Physical and Land Use Development Plan, planning authorities at the county level shall prepare County and Local Physical and Land Use Development Plans.
