48. Contents of a Local Physical and Land Use Development Plan
(1)A local physical and land use development plan shall consist of—(a)a survey report in respect of the area to which the plan relates carried out as the manner specified in the Second Schedule; and(b)any Geographical Information System-based maps and descriptions as may be necessary to indicate the manner in which the land in the area may be used in accordance with the requirements of the Second Schedule.(2)The survey report in a local physical and land use development plan should include technical annexes and a sieve analysis of gradient, environment and infrastructure so as to provide for maximum locations for new developments.
