51. Amendment or Revision of Local Physical and Land Use Development Plan
(1)A county executive committee member may amend or revise a local physical and land use development plan where—(a)there are practical difficulties in the implementation of the plan; or(b)there has been change of circumstances since the plan was approved.(2)Where the county executive committee member intends to amend or revise a local physical and land use development plan, the provisions of section 42 shall apply with the necessary modifications.(3)A County Executive Committee member may initiate the revision of a local physical and land use development plan after a period of three years after the plan has been approved in accordance with section 51 of this Act or as the need may arise.
