66. Prohibition of grant of license for development of a commercial or industrial nature
A licensing authority shall not grant a license for the commercial or industrial use or occupation of any building, or in respect of any premises or land, for which development permission has not been granted by the relevant county executive committee member.Source: Kenya Law
