9. Notice of completion of draft.
(1)Within thirty days of the preparation of a draft plan, the County Executive Committee Member shall publish a notice in the Gazette, in at least two newspapers of national circulation and through electronic media informing the public that the plan is available at the places and times designated in the notice for inspections and that any person interested may comment on the contents of the plan within sixty days.(2)The notice published under subregulation (1) shall be in Form PLUPA L-2 as set out in the First Schedule.
