9. Penalty for breach of rules and orders of an Inspector
Any person who, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with any lawfully given order of an inspector, or contravenes or fails to comply with any rule made under this Act shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred pounds or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months.[L.N. 2/1964.]Source: Kenya Law
