6. Adaptation of laws
The Attorney-General may, by order published in the Gazette, from time to time after the commencement of this Act, make such amendment to any Act as may appear to him to be necessary or expedient for the bringing of the Act into conformity with the provisions of the Treaty or otherwise for giving effect to or enabling effect to be given to those provisions.Source: Kenya Law
