32. Exemption from charges
Subject to all other laws, the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for finance may exempt the Board from such taxes, duties, fees, cess or other charges as the Cabinet Secretary may, by notice in the Gazette, specify.Source: Kenya Law
