The Cabinet Secretary may, after consulting with the East African Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals by notice in the Gazette, appoint such persons as he thinks fit to be authorized officers for the purposes of this Act.[L.N. 2/1964.]Source: Kenya Law
