1. Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Prevention of Fraud (Investments) Act, 1977, and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be so appointed for different Parts or provisions of this Act.Source: Kenya Law
