13. Information to be furnished
(1)The holder of a principal’s licence shall forthwith give written notice to the Minister—(a)of any change in the address at which he carries on the business of dealing in securities in Kenya, or(b)of his ceasing to carry on such business in Kenya.(2)A corporation which is the holder of a principal’s licence shall forthwith give written notice to the Minister of the name and nationality of any person who becomes, or ceases to be a director of the corporation.(3)Any person failing to comply with any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand shillings.
