In this Part—“the Authority” means the Committee of the Nairobi Stock Exchange;“the Fund” means the Compensation Fund established under section 21 of this Act;“licensee” means the holder of a principal’s licence;“the Trustee” means the Public Trustee appointed under the Public Trustee Act (Cap. 168).Source: Kenya Law
