4. Establishment of New Issues Committee
(1)There is hereby established a committee, to be known as the New Issues Committee, which shall consist of not less than five members appointed by the Minister by notice in the Gazette, of whom—(a)one shall be a public officer representing the Minister, who shall be the chairman of the Committee;(b)one shall be a public officer representing the Minister for the time being responsible for matters relating to commerce;(c)one shall be a public officer representing the Attorney-General; and(d)at least two shall be holders of principal’s licences.(2)The Minister shall, by notice in the Gazette, appoint a public officer to be the secretary to the committee.
