21. Mutual Legal Assistance.
Whenever an investigation is instituted under this Act, and mutual legal assistance is deemed necessary, the Attorney-General or any official designated by him for this purpose shall be notified of such investigation with a view to initiate mutual legal assistance and the sharing of information.Source: Kenya Law
