40G. Establishment of sub-committees

40G. Establishment of sub-committees
(1)The Committee may, from time to time, establish such sub-committees as it may consider necessary for the effective discharge of its functions under this Act.(2)The Committee may co-opt into the sub-committees established under subsection (1) such other persons whose presence, participation, knowledge or skills are necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Committee.(3)A person co-opted under subsection (2) may attend the meetings of the sub-committee and participate in the deliberations but shall have no right to vote at the meeting.
