8. Aiding and Abetting.
A person who attempts, aids, abets, counsels, procures or conspires with another person to commit an offence under this Act commits an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding one million shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fifteen years or both.Source: Kenya Law
