24. Consideration of the Privatization Programme

Upon receipt of the Privatization Programme the programme shall be tabled in the National Assembly and the National Assembly shall—

(a)consider the Privatization Proposal within ninety (90) days from the date of tabling; and

(b)be guided by principles of public finance under Article 201 of the Constitution, principles of good governance under Article 10 of the Constitution, the criteria for identification of entities specified under section 21 and any other relevant consideration.
