33. Steering Committee

33. Steering Committee

(1)For each privatization, there shall be a steering committee to implement the privatization on behalf of the Authority subject to any directions of the Authority.

(2)A steering committee shall comprise the following members—

(a)the members of the Authority described in paragraphs (b) and (c) of section 10 (1); and

(b)the Principal Secretary of the ministry with responsibility over the asset or service being privatized.
