37. Submission of Privatization Proposal to the National Assembly

(1)The Cabinet Secretary shall submit the Privatization Proposal to the National Assembly for approval.

(2)The request for approval under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by an explanatory memorandum specifying items provided for in section 35 (2).
