40. Notification of the resolution
(1)The Clerk shall notify the Cabinet Secretary of the resolution of the National Assembly within seven days of the resolution.(2)Where the National Assembly approves a Privatization Proposal with reservations or proposed amendments, the notice shall state the proposed amendments or reservations made by the National Assembly.
