(1)Any information issued to or sought by the Authority under this Act is confidential and shall not be disclosed unless with the written approval of the Authority.(2)No person carrying out duties or responsibilities under this Act shall disclose any information or other data of a confidential nature obtained by virtue of their said authority, duties and responsibilities to any other person without the approval of the Authority.
