Privatization Act

7. Role of Cabinet Secretary

The Cabinet Secretary shall have the following functions under this Act—

(a)providing policy direction on matters related to privatization;

(b)co-ordinating the adherence to national, regional and international obligations relating to privatization;

(c)developing and formulating the privatization programme; and

(d)overseeing the administration of this Act.
