Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Part, the Cabinet Secretary may decline to accord immunities and privileges to, or may withdraw immunities and privileges from, nationals or representatives of any State on the ground that such State is failing to accord corresponding immunities and privileges to citizens or representatives of Kenya.Source: Kenya Law
