14. Selection of probation officers

(1)The probation officer who is to be responsible for the supervision of any probationer shall be selected by the Director.

(2)Where a woman or girl is placed under the supervision of a probation officer, the probation officer shall be a woman.[Act No. 18 of 2018, Sch.]
