26. Resignation of Director-General

26. Resignation of Director-General

(1)The Director-General may resign by a written resignation addressed to the Cabinet Secretary.

(2)A resignation is effective upon being received by the Cabinet Secretary or by a person authorized by the Cabinet Secretary to receive it.(Act No. 3 of 2017, s. 6. Act No. 16 of 2021, s. 5)
