40. Constitution of funds

(1)The funds of the Centre shall consist of—

(a)money appropriated by Parliament for the purposes of the Centre;

(b)any Government grants made to it;

(c)any other money legally acquired by it, provided that the Centre may accept donations only with the prior written approval of the Cabinet Secretary.

(2)The sharing of information by the Centre shall be with adherence to the data principles set out in the Data Protection Act (Cap. 411C).(Act No. 24 of 2019, 2nd Sch., Act No. 16 of 2021, s. 10.)
