54. Functions and powers of the Agency

54. Functions and powers of the Agency

(1)The functions of the Agency shall be to implement the provisions of Parts VII to XII inclusive and to exercise all powers set forth therein.

(1A)Deleted by Act No. 15 of 2017, s. 60.

(2)The Agency shall have all the powers necessary or expedient for the performance of its functions.(Act No. 3 of 2017, s. 21, Act No. 15 of 2017, s. 60.)
