71. Seizure of property subject to restraint order
(1) In order to prevent any realizable property from being disposed of or removed contrary to a restraint order, a police officer, Agency Director-General or an investigator of the Agency may seize that property if he has reasonable grounds to believe that the property will be so disposed of or removed.(2)Property seized under subsection (1) shall be dealt with in accordance with the directions of the court that made the relevant restraint order.
