74. Variation and rescission of certain orders suspended by appeal
The lodging of an appeal against a decision to vary or rescind any order referred to in sections 68(10), 72(3) and 73(3) shall act as a stay of such a variation or rescission pending the determination of the appeal.Source: Kenya Law
