85. Seizure of property subject to preservation orders
(1) In order to prevent property subject to a preservation order from being disposed of or removed contrary to that order, any police officer Agency Director-General or an investigator of the Agency may seize any of that property if he has reasonable grounds to believe that the property will be so disposed of or removed.(2)Property seized under subsection (1) shall be dealt with in accordance with the directions of the court that made the relevant preservation order.
