4. Composition of the Board.

4. Composition of the Board.
(1)The Board shall consist of—(a)a chairperson appointed by the President;(b)the Principal Secretary of the Ministry for the time being responsible for matters relating to gender or a representative duly appointed in writing;(c)the Principal Secretary of the Ministry for the time being responsible for matters relating to finance or a representative duly appointed in writing;(d)the Principal Secretary of the Ministry for the time being responsible for matters relating to health or a representative duly appointed in writing;(e)the Principal Secretary of the Ministry for the time being responsible for matters relating to education or a representative duly appointed in writing;(f)the Principal Secretary of the Ministry for the time being responsible for matters relating to youth affairs or a representative duly appointed in writing;(g)three other members appointed by the Cabinet Secretary; and(h)the Chief Executive Officer.(2)A person appointed as a member of the Board under this Act, other than an ex officio member, shall serve for a single term of six years and shall not be eligible for re-appointment.
