2. Interpretation
In this Act, except where the context otherwise requires—"the hours of darkness" means the period from six-thirty o’clock p.m. to six-thirty o’clock a.m.;"prescribed authority" means the person specified as such in any order made under section 3;"protected area" means any area, place or premises in relation to which an order made under section 3 is in force.[Act No. 24 of 1953, s. 2.]Source: Kenya Law
