17. Protection from co-respondents.
(1)Subject to subsection (2), where the court makes a protection order against the respondent, the court may also direct that the order apply against a person who aids and abets the respondent.(2)Section 12(2) to (5) shall apply, with the necessary modification, in respect of an application for a direction pursuant to subsection (1).
