47. Time limit for submission of accounts

47. Time limit for submission of accounts

(1)The financial statements required under the Constitution, the Public Finance Management Act (Cap. 412A) and any other legislation, shall be submitted to the Auditor-General within three months after the end of the fiscal year to which the accounts relate.

(2)The financial statements shall be in the form and content as prescribed by the Public Sector Accounting Standards Board.
