12. Presumption of registration
If, upon the expiry of sixty days from the date a registration. public benefit organization made an application for registration under section 9(1), no decision has been made by the Authority, the public benefit organization may apply to the Tribunal for an order requiring the Authority to issue to it a certificate of registration or communicate to the organization that the registration has been refused, together with the reasons therefor.Source: Kenya Law
