24. Self-regulation forums to develop and maintain codes of conduct
(1)Each forum of public benefit organizations shall establish and maintain a code and standards by which its members shall be bound.(2)The forums of public benefit organizations may, for purposes of enhancing self-regulation, organise themselves in such federation of forums as may be expedient for that purpose.(3)The forums shall ensure that each code of conduct adopted by them is consistent with the national and foreign policies and the laws of Kenya, and that such code of conduct contain, as a minimum, the provisions of the general conduct of conduct.
