46. Staff of the Authority
(1)The Board shall appoint a Deputy Director and such officers and other staff as are necessary for the proper discharge of the functions of the Authority under this Act, upon such terms and conditions of service as it may determine.(2)In appointing officers and staff under subsection (1), the Board shall have regard to gender equity and regional balance.
