67. Involvement by Government
The Government shall involve public benefit organizations in policy decision making on issues affecting them, particularly at the local levels, and every ministry shall designate officers who shall deal with matters relating to public benefit organizations, and work closely with each other and with the Authority.Source: Kenya Law
