80. Magistrate to arrange for medical examination
A magistrate who has issued such isolation order as aforesaid shall cause the person to be examined as soon as possible by two medical practitioners, one of whom shall if possible be a medical officer, and obtain a report from them of such examination.Source: Kenya Law
