32. Council to issue practicing certificates and annual licences
The Council shall issue, in accordance with the provision of this Part and any rules made under this Act, a practising certificate and an annual licence to a public health officer or technician authorizing the public health officer or technician named therein to engage in private practice.Source: Kenya Law
