34. Validity of practicing certificate

34. Validity of practicing certificate

(1)Every practising certificate shall bear the date on which it is issued and shall have effect from that day.

(2)A practising certificate issued under this section shall be valid from the date it is issued and shall expire on the 31st December of the year it is issued:Provided that, where the name of the public health officer or technician is removed or struck off the register, the practising certificate, if any, shall expire forthwith.

(3)The Registrar shall enter in the register the date of issue of every practising certificate.
