37. Disciplinary committee

(1)There is established a Disciplinary Committee of the Council which shall consist of—

(a)the Chairperson of the Association who shall be Chairperson of the Committee;

(b)one representative of the Cabinet Secretary who shall be a member of the Council;

(c)one representative of the Attorney-General;

(d)the Registrar who shall be the secretary; and

(e)one public health technician from private practice nominated by the Council, who is not a member of the Council.

(2)The quorum of the Committee shall be four members.
