42. Lifting of suspension
(1)A public health officer or technician who has been suspended from practising, may appeal to the Council for the lifting of the suspension at any time before the expiry thereof.(2)Where the Council is satisfied that the suspension of a public health officer or technician should be lifted, the Council shall, upon the receipt of the prescribed fee, lift the suspension and restore to the public health officer or technician, his registration and practising certificates and his annual licence.
