4. Acceptance of modifications of the Agreement
The Minister is hereby authorized to decide upon and accept, on behalf of the Government of Kenya, any modification, addition or exception to the Agreement in its application to particular cases or classes of cases in accordance with Article 7 of the Agreement:Provided that the text of every such modification, addition or exception with any notes thereon which the Minister may consider to be appropriate shall be laid without delay before the National Assembly.Source: Kenya Law
