12. Conduct of the business of the Committee
(1)Subject to subsection (2), the business and affairs of the Committee shall be conducted in accordance with the First Schedule.(2)Except as provided in this Act, the Committee may regulate its own procedure.(3)The Committee shall maintain a proper record of its meetings of the Committee, including minutes, in such manner as it may determine.
