18. Secondment of staff to the Directorate

18. Secondment of staff to the Directorate
(1)The Directorate may request the secondment of staff from a contracting authority, county government, county corporation or a development or strategic partner on such terms and for such duration as may, on the consultation with the contracting authority, county government, county corporation or a development or strategic partner, be needed.(2)The staff seconded to the Directorate shall be deemed to be the staff of the Directorate and fall under the authority of the Directorate for the duration of the secondment.
